Brief Description

As Client Success Lead, you will be entrusted to develop solutions for schools and corporates to improve the well-being of their staff or students.


  • Propose solutions to help clients achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations
  • Manage the execution of proposed well-being solutions (including training trainers to deliver the programmes)
  • Grow number and size of client base


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology or Business
  • At least 2 years of relevant business development experience, with commendable sale numbers
  • Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
  • Display three non-exhaustive qualities: Growth Mindset, Learning Agility, and Synthesis Ability
