Responsibilities:

I. Trainee Internship Program

1. Manage the Internship program for the last 6 months of the KOTO program.

2. Work independently to arrange placements for trainees with appropriate notice to hospitality partners.

3. Maintain regular contact with established hospitality partners who host trainees for Internship and employ KOTO alumni.

4. Ensure that MOUs are up to date and enforced when trainees are placed for Internships.

5. Prepare trainees for Internship by setting expectations, and assist them with the application and interview process.

6. Conduct weekly reviews with the Internship trainees to get feedback and offer advice.

7. Lead trainees in completing additional internship related assignments.

8. Attend site visits to review trainee progress with hospitality partners and the trainee.

9. Prepare Internship report for sponsor (See number 6).

10. Manage the receipt of Internship allowances paid by hospitality partners, and the redistribution of these payments to trainees (if applicable).

11. Arrange for outside guest speakers to address KOTO trainees during their internship period.

12. Communicate openly with the Training department and the Welfare department during the transition into the Internship period.

II. Job Placement Management:

1. Communicate with trainees in their last six months on the requirements for the first-year job placements and oversee the signing of alumni agreements.

2. Ensure that 100% of new graduates are placed in jobs for their first year after finishing the 24-month program.

3. Follow up with alumni in their first year to ensure they meet the requirements to get their certificate after their first year of employment.

4. Share job vacancies and employment opportunities with KOTO trainees during their internship period.

5. Provide feedback on interview practices and CVs in collaboration with the Training Department, as well as upon request from trainees.

6. Manage domestic job vacancies sent to KOTO and share them with alumni, keeping an up-to-date record of the postings and vacancies filled by alumni.

7. Develop, implement and manage Casual Work Program for KOTO alumni.

Profile

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software, (programing software developer or web front end is an advantage)

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Knowledge of academic programs, scholarships, internships, and other opportunities.

7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

8. Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

9. Prior experience in student profile management or related field is preferred.
