We are developing 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia through M&A and greenfield development of C&I and utility scale projects. To support our rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking a O&M Administrator, TH, based in Thailand to join our C&I team.
As the O&M Administrator, TH, you will play a key role in internal coordination, documentation management and overall supporting task for asset management of the operational assets in Thailand.
Roles & Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to manage the operational projects in Thailand and support the growth of Levanta renewables by becoming an integral part of the team. Being centrally based in Bangkok.
- Management of department documents such as ISO, permits, correspondence letter with government departments, etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams and all relevant external parties e.g., PEA, MEA, EGAT, IEAT, government, project sponsor/ shareholder, industrial estate, contracts, lenders, lenders’ advisor and contractor
- Leading and managing the store and stock control of operating asset’s spare parts
- Preparing presentation / boarding agenda for management
- Drafting formal letter in both Thai and English
- Manage operating asset expenses and cost tracking
