➔ Description of the mission

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Community Development & Partnerships Executive to join our Community Development Team. This role is vital in expanding MTC’s reach by establishing partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will support business development and outreach while also actively helping implement MTC’s programmes and projects.

A passion for education, social innovation, and familiarity with the Apple ecosystem will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Sales

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, community organisations, and corporate partners.
  • Present and promote Make The Change programmes to potential partners.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.

Project & Programme Support

  • Assist in the delivery of ongoing MTC programmes across schools and community partners.
  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and reporting for projects.
  • Provide on-ground support during workshops, events, and community initiatives.

Community Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between MTC and external stakeholders, ensuring strong partner satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and insights to refine MTC programmes and enhance impact.

Apple Ecosystem Integration (Preferred)

  • Leverage Apple tools and platforms (iPads, Keynote, Clips, GarageBand, Reality Composer, etc.) in programme delivery.
  • Stay up to date on Apple’s education ecosystem to support programme innovation.

➔ Profile

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Education, Business Development, Marketing, Community Engagement, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, community partnerships, education programmes, or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging educators, community leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for education, social innovation, and creating positive community impact.
  • Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and its creative tools will be a significant advantage.
