Start Date: May 2026

About your mission

As a Program Associate (Intern), you will be involved in the implementation of workforce development programs that aim to improve employability and create meaningful opportunities for young Filipinos.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth program execution—from coordinating stakeholders and managing events to supporting research and data processes. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn how multi-stakeholder programs are built and delivered on the ground.

Key responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Coordination and Community Management: You will coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders—including programmatic partners, volunteers and ambassadors, social entrepreneurs, and participants—to ensure their continued engagement and alignment throughout different program phases. This includes supporting onboarding, maintaining stakeholder databases, managing communication channels, and ensuring timely follow-ups to keep everyone aligned with program timelines and deliverables.
  • Events Management: You will support the planning and execution of both in-person and online events by assisting with logistical and administrative requirements. This includes coordinating with vendors and suppliers, tracking participant registrations and turnout, preparing event materials, and ensuring clear communication with participants before, during, and after events. You will also contribute to post-event documentation and evaluation.
  • Desk Research and Data Support: You will assist the programs team in conducting desk research and supporting data-related tasks. This includes gathering relevant information, cleaning and organizing datasets, and helping generate insights that inform program design and implementation. You will also support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time in support of the programs team and organizational objectives.
