➔ Description of the mission

You will be contributing to the innovation-focused programs of Makesense, specifically that of our project on youth leaders and popularising sexual and reproductive health rights.

This will involve managing a very diverse set of actors and facilitating meaningful collaborations among them that address this complex challenge. Specifically, you will be expected to contribute through supporting in the development and writing of the workshop design and modules for the capacity-building workshops for the adolescent peer champions and adult champions, leading the logistical preparation and coordination for the workshops and program-related events and activities, coordinating with and supporting the adolescent peer champions in the planning and implementation of their digital campaigns, and supporting in the monitoring and evaluation of the digital campaigns.

We are looking for an individual who believes in the potential of the youth to shape discourse and lead systemic change through radical collaboration. On top of that, there are certain skills and qualities that we believe would make an extremely strong candidate for this role: love for the innovation process, experimentation, and supporting stakeholders in assessing and solving complex challenges; strong organizational skills that thrives when given lots of autonomy; and relevant experience in community development, organizing social impact movements or projects, or facilitating cross-sector collaboration.
