
The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and has experience recruiting for frontline and support roles within community, health or disability services.
You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard the right people while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Advertise roles, screen applications and coordinate interviews
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment compliance checks
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and systems access
- Maintain recruitment records and reporting
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes
