Description of the project the Intern will complete:
PATH is currently seeking a qualified Program Associate Intern for a Fondation Botnar - funded program, “Fit for the future: Trailblazing NCD Prevention Education with Youth-driven Technologies.” The project’s goal is to improve the health and well-being of Vietnamese youth while reducing major risk behaviors for NCDs.
The Program Associate Intern will work closely with the project team to support reviewing, developing and translating training, guidance and communication documents, report and tools, support in developing mobile\ web-based educational app. The Program Associate Intern will report to the Primary Health Care Deputy Director and work closely with PATH Vietnam program team.
Description of overall learning objectives and goals for the internship/benefit to the Intern:
To gain practical experiences in the international NGO environment in terms of project implementation & management, including regular duties, and responsibilities of program and/ or position; This includes learning and practicing development training curriculums, technical guidance, report, Information, Education and Communication/ Behavior Change Communication (IEC/ BCC) materials for NCDs prevention and control, developing functions and giving user experience for mobile\ web-based educational app.
