➔ Description of the mission

The successful candidate will support PGPC’s Competency-Based Technical Training Program (CBTTP) by assisting with documentation set-up, pilot implementation, and evaluation to ensure a data-driven and effective roll-out. The Analyst will also contribute to the implementation of the Geothermal Operations Training Program (GOTP) and the Professional Employee Development (PED+) Program under the CBTTP Framework.

The Role

  • Conducts training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to update and develops training modules
  • Coordinates training schedules and development/updating of materials
  • Presents training progress, insights, and recommendations to management
  • Supports the review and enhancement of existing training materials and competency frameworks in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Assists in designing assessments to measure training effectiveness and learner progress
  • Helps gather and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement in training delivery

➔ Profile

The Individual

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or Training Coordination
  • Experience in competency-based training or technical training programs is an advantage
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, training tools, and data tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to be based in Makati City, with occasional travel to field assets (Mak-Ban and Tiwi)
