➔ Description of the mission

The successful candidate will support PGPC’s Competency-Based Technical Training Program (CBTTP) by assisting with documentation set-up, pilot implementation, and evaluation to ensure a data-driven and effective roll-out. The Analyst will also contribute to the implementation of the Geothermal Operations Training Program (GOTP) and the Professional Employee Development (PED+) Program under the CBTTP Framework.

The Role

Conducts training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to update and develops training modules
Coordinates training schedules and development/updating of materials
Presents training progress, insights, and recommendations to management
Supports the review and enhancement of existing training materials and competency frameworks in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
Assists in designing assessments to measure training effectiveness and learner progress
Helps gather and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement in training delivery

➔ Profile

The Individual

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development and/or Training Coordination
Experience in competency-based training or technical training programs is an advantage
Strong project management and coordination skills
Proficiency in LMS platforms, training tools, and data tracking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to be based in Makati City, with occasional travel to field assets (Mak-Ban and Tiwi)
