
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing presentations, infographics, and communication materials for meetings, workshops, and reports.
- Support the layout and formatting of research reports and policy briefs following branding guidelines.
- Document and summarise meetings, webinars, or field activities (e.g., note-taking, photo documentation, post-event summaries).
- Help update, draft, and manage content for websites, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Track and compile media coverage and partner updates relevant to the organization’s work.
- Attending events, seminars, workshops, or functions.
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance for events (coordination, invitations, follow-ups).
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
