About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with strong B2B sales experience (3–5 years) to help us expand our business in waste management and recycling solutions. The ideal candidate is skilled in building customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
Create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
Identify new market opportunities and expand client portfolio
Collaborate with the team to deliver sustainable solutions for clients
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage accounts and achieve sales targets
Background in waste management, recycling, or sustainability (preferred)
