The Operations Director responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic Human Resource and Administration plans in collaboration with the Executive Team to support the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability.
Review and adjust HR strategies regularly to align with changes in organizational goals and the external environment.
Human Resources (HR):
Ensure HR policies, strategies, and initiatives align with the broader organizational goals and are compliant with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with program directors to assess workforce needs and ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future demands.
Ensure the organization has effective performance management systems, including clear expectations, regular evaluations, and mechanisms for feedback and career development.
Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee productivity and engagement through the use of Clockify.
Develop compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and align with budgetary constraints.
Compute staff salaries, benefits and withholding taxes on compensation.
Oversee core payroll services including processing monthly payroll and statutory and internal deductions and maintaining payroll records.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by coordinating with the payroll point person within the Finance team.
Manage the annual submission of staff withholding tax on compensation and its alphalist to the BIR.
Lead the organization’s Staff Committee and support staff professional development planning, including strategies on employee development and benefits.
Manage the performance and tasks of the HR Manager & HR Officer.
Administration:
Ensure regular and timely compliance with SEC requirements, BIR registration, BIR Tax Forms, government permits, licenses and accreditations, updated books, and mandatory government payments.
Ensure that annual registration process and other reportorial requirements for the office are carried out and compliant with Philippine law.
Oversee admin-related ways of working, including the procurement process.
Develop and implement strategies for office maintenance and facility management, ensuring overall operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Oversee and approve the management of monthly bills and rental payments for the office, ensuring timely and accurate financial handling.
Establish and enforce policies for the management and maintenance of office fixed assets, ensuring accuracy of inventory records and adherence to preventive maintenance protocols.
Establish and monitor policies and procedures for reviewing and approving staff travel bookings and overseas travel per diem calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage the performance and tasks of the Admin Officer, Admin Assistant, and Driver
