➔ Description of the mission

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to the General Counsel/ OIC and Legal Counsel.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and their staff and attend meetings with lawyers.
  • Ensure that private and sensitive information is used, handled, documented, and disposed appropriately.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Legal Management or any equivalent Bachelor's course
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
  • Must have an internship or at least 3 months of paralegal experience gained from a real estate company, land development, or law firms catering to real estate companies.
  • Having a background in drafting and preparing contracts, liaising to Registry of Deeds and notarial experience would be a definite advantage
  • Must be willing to liaise with government offices, clients, etc.
  • Must be amenable to hybrid work arrangement; willing to work in Makati
