We are looking for Corporate Communications & Partnership Manager/Senior Manager for our Social Service Agency (SSA).
Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Develop and implement strategic internal and external communication plans to promote awareness, strengthen branding, reputation and public image and advance SSA’s purpose
- Lead public and media communications, including crisis communication and support management of critical incidents
- Review and oversee preparation of communication materials and reports for regular engagement and communications with internal and external stakeholders
a) Website and other e-marketing communications
- Provide ideas and input into the development of new e-marketing materials
- Oversee editing and proof-reading of copy writing of new and up-to-date web content
b) Marketing collateral and publicity material
- Provide ideas and input into the development of new materials
- Prepare marketing collateral for corporate relations activities
- Oversee editing and proof-reading of copy writing of marketing material (brochures, posters, flyers etc.), liaising with the relevant internal & external stakeholders
Stakeholders and Partner Management
- Develop and implement plans to build strong and long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment and commitment towards SSA’s purpose and activities
- Identify opportunities and develop community partnerships to obtain the desired support, resources and funding to support programmes, services and other initiatives
- Manage donor database and conduct prospect research and other analyses to develop effective donor management strategies to increase pool of donors
- Work closely with the team on the execution of related initiatives to strengthen engagement and develop loyalty and support
- Take lead and/or partner Management to work on potential partnerships and maintaining existing collaboration
Fundraising and Grant Management
- Lead, develop and implement fundraising and grant making strategies and plans to achieve fundraising targets
- Manage fundraising, grant management and donor management administration and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Solicit and acquire new donations, sponsorship, philanthropic gifts from both existing and new donors
Market Analysis and Planning
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends, issues and opportunities
- Review and maintain updated policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and productivity with high standards of management and governance in compliance with all relevant regulatory compliance and guidelines
- Support the Board, committees and Executive Director in relevant governance and management activities and practices
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
Team Management
- Lead team to achieve team and organisational goals and objectives
- Manage team members' performance and facilitate their learning and development to achieve the desired performance expectations and career growth
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with other teams to create alignment and synergy
