Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration, logistics, and personnel management;
- Responsible for daily operations, various administrative work and logistics work;
- Responsible for the archiving and preservation of various meeting minutes, agreements, and industry policies, assisted the general representative to complete the construction of the representative office, and established various administrative accounts;
- Responsible for the daily operation management of the representative office, taking the lead in arranging daily business reception work;
- Assist the director in establishing and maintaining good relations with the relevant government departments of the host country, and show the company's values, concepts, culture, development vision, brand, and other advantages to the government departments of the host country;
- Responsible for foreign language translation of letters and documents exchanged by the representative office, and preliminary verification of relevant translated documents;
- Assist the representative office staff to handle recruitment, entry and departure transfer procedures, training, performance assessment, salary payment, employee relations and other work; Complete other temporary work assigned by company leaders.
- Supervise the implementation of the company's system, including but not limited to the file management system, meetings, training, files, all kinds of information feedback, performance compilation, dynamic management table of project information, update of departmental standard library;
- Supervise the implementation of the market and investment headquarters system;
- Implemented department budget summary and management communication.
