As the Digital Marketing Manager at Terrascope, you will be at the forefront of all our marketing efforts, executing content projects, running digital campaigns, and building up the content assets that drive brand awareness, engage the target audiences for our decarbonisation platform.

You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Terrascope’s growth by working closely with the commercial team to source and accelerate our inbound pipeline. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer that has experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS demand generation, and that is passionate about building and scaling an inbound marketing engine.  

This role requires a blend of strategy & analytical skills, creative flair and a willingness to go deep and understand the domain of sustainability, climate regulation, decarbonisation and carbon data. Candidates should be data-oriented and constantly be gathering insights (qualitative and quantitative) on what is working and what is not, and making evidence based decisions on where best to spend effort and budgets. To succeed, you must be able to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, think globally and be energised by driving both short and long term growth.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies across various channels and geographies to scale the pipeline contribution from inbound marketing, and to optimise the conversion funnel over time
  • Work closely with commercial team to help nurture high priority prospects to conversion through tailored content, webinars, product updates, newsletters
  • Oversee the creation and execution of various content types, including customer case studies, product demos, webinars, website pages, blog posts, social media assets, and more
  • Lead thought-leadership content projects that positions Terrascope as an industry leader, in collaboration with in-house subject matter experts and external partners
  • Equip the commercial team (and external agencies) with quality collateral to support outbound and ABM efforts
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with sales teams to deliver personalised content and messaging
  • Use data-driven insights to segment accounts, identify key decision-makers, and customise outreach efforts to address specific business challenges and objectives of each account
  • Regularly track and analyse the performance of ABM initiatives, optimising strategies based on metrics such as engagement rates, pipeline growth, and account penetration
  • Support website performance and SEO strategies
  • Implement on-page and off-page tactics to improve search engine rankings and user experience for both high-conversion and high traffic keywords, across multiple subdirectories and local pages
  • Experiment with forms and form-flows on the website, blogs and other landing pages
  • Support the work needed to operationalise the Terrascope brand across everything we do – from refining our brand narrative, to documentation, to ways of working, to providing guidance on elevating the quality and consistency of the experiences we create for our customers, prospects and broader audiences
  • Source and manage vendor/agency relationships and workstreams, as required, to achieve key objectivesProvide end-to-end oversight of the inbound demand channel, identify key metrics to track and own those metrics, and continuously iterate so that Terrascope can meet or exceed those targets
  • Ensure close alignment to the broader commercial, partner, and product organisations at Terrascope (including co-delivery of select marketing initiatives alongside key partners)

You should have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably at scale-up stage
  • Track record of driving results for demand generation and inbound marketing for a global B2B Enterprise SaaS company 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, working collaboratively across regions and timezones 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to launch small to learn and iterate, and adjust fast to changing company priorities 
  • Both a strategic thinker and hands-on in execution, someone who can set a vision, the plan to get there, and get it done 
  • Expert communicator who has a knack for breaking down complex topics into simple narratives and visuals 
  • Passion for using technology and tools to aid their work and enable speed of collaboration and execution
  • Familiarity with Enterprise or B2B SaaS industry trends and best practices
  • Experience in leading small teams and enjoys the challenges of people management and culture building
  • Fluent in English, the ability to speak Japanese is a bonus
