The Transmutation Principle is a Singapore-based consultancy that supports businesses in their quest for impact, through actionable and tailor-made sustainability & ESG programmes. Our programmes and services cater to organisations of different maturity stages. Delivery formats range from mass workshops on climate education to strategic consultancy for functional teams in order to advance ESG agendas.

Despite being a new entrant to the sustainability world (we incorporated just last year!), we have seen massive demand for our services which in turn allows us to expand the team rapidly. Some of our largest clients include L’Oreal, Temasek, Credit Agricole, Traveloka, LTA and many more.

The Role

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious mid-level growth hacker to help accelerate our growth & vision in the APAC region. The ideal candidate should be an autonomous go-getter, highly adept in problem solving, critical thinking and most importantly, passionate about purpose-driven marketing.

This is a newly created role to get knees-deep in our growth marketing efforts and poised to be a key leadership position as we ramp up activities and hiring. The position is based in Singapore and due to headcount restrictions, is open to Singaporeans and PRs only.

Your responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the visibility of The Transmutation Principle within our target profiles, including and not limited to social management and website development.
  • Ideation and crafting of marketing collaterals in collaboration with the subject matter experts within the team.
  • Identify and clinch key partnerships to support our pro-bono and paid outreach programs.
  • Attend industry events as a representative of The Transmutation Principle.
  • Bring to life our ambitious goal to organise and host the “Alt-COP29”, a SEA-wide event to raise awareness about COP and make it more accessible in the region.

What we offer; We believe in team well-being and flexibility

At The Transmutation Principle, we believe in treating everyone as partners and not employees. Along with a competitive salary review cycle, we instil the following practices to stay true to our belief:

  • Flexibility in working model and locations (Hybrid or remote). We trust the team’s diligence to work towards a common goal.
  • Friday afternoons off. We work hard and deserve to play hard.
  • Learning and development credits. We encourage lifelong learning, be it self-development or career development.
  • Inclusive and open team culture. Everyone plays a part in contributing to the team’s happiness and success.

Most importantly, we are in the early stages of growth and the role has the rare opportunity to help shape the company direction and the future of our team culture!
