Company Description

Think City is an impact organisation focused on creating sustainable and equitable places. Established in 2009, we specialise in urban solutions, the environment, social communities, and the cultural economy. Think City is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional, the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Malaysia.

Role Description

Lead project coordination, maintain partnerships, ensure quality control, handle data and logistics, engage with communities, document methodologies, and maintain up-to-date filing systems for effective project implementation and replication.

Qualifications

Strong background in climate resilience, environmental sustainability, or related field
Experience in conducting research and analysis related to climate risks
Ability to develop and implement climate resilience strategies
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Good understanding of urban planning and sustainable development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience working in the public sector or with government agencies is a plus
