Job Description

  • Provide SERVICE EXCELLENCE, general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, stock inventory, and installation of SWTS products

  • Act as VEOLIA point of contact for the customer.

  • Provide on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction 

  • Provide Technical Sales and Account/Sales Manager with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problems, failures, trends, and climate

  • Provide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructions

  • Provide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reports

  • Assist customer in scheduling maintenance and workload

  • Assure that equipment and parts meet established schedules

  •  Review reported malfunctions and identify / analyze any undesirable trends

  •  Make recommendations on findings

  •  Review effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify training needs

  •  Anticipate requirements beyond those that immediately affect the program and assist in implementing actions to satisfy those requirements

  • Manage, Operate and Maintain water treatment plant contracts, including periodic reports submission

  • Maintain availability on a 24-hour per day/365 day per year call basis to ensure coverage for EHS and production emergencies 

  • Initiate & implement required modification and retrofit projects (Value-Added Projects)

Qualifications

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of experience in a field service or operation and maintenance position for Ultra-Pure Water & process treatment field.  Diploma Holders in Mechanical Electrical/Instrument background.

  • Ability and willingness to travel within territory.                                            

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft and google workspace applications

Additional Information

  • Atleast 3 years’ experience in the operation & maintenance of water treatment system or facility operation (RO, EDI, UF, Filters, WWTP)

  • Experienced on control system (SCADA or HMI)

  • Strong Knowledge on water treatment system: Filtration, RO, UV, IX, EDI, degasifier, UF & etc.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Able to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externally

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Proven analytical and quality improvement ability
