About Charge+
Charge+ is a leading, fast-growing EV charge point operator (CPO) in Southeast Asia and operates in six countries, namely Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Indonesia. Charge+ is now building our 5,000km EV charging highway from Singapore through Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and all the way along the Vietnam coast to Hanoi. We are able to provide the full value chain of solutions from design, installation, to operations and maintenance. In Vietnam, Charge+ has offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Working Hour: 8:00-18:30 Mon-Fri.
Expected Deliverables
- Responsible for the administrative work and coordination in HCMC office.
- To execute other GA & HR works as assigned by Board of Director (BoD).
- To support BoD in administration works of Company office.
- To assist BoD in meeting and communication with other parties (HQ in Singapore, clients, suppliers, etc).
- To monitor administration facilities, supplies, services (assets, stationaries, consumable goods, etc).
- To monitor expenses and report to Chief Accountant in Internal Accounting processes.
