Role Description:

Supporting the New Commercialized Leader, for execution of specific task/duties including but not limited to:

  • Conducting Value Proposition Demo (VPD) in farmer's field.
  • Cross function collaboration with internal and distributor team for product value establishment, demand generations, product efficacy in preparation for new product launches.
  • Competency training (product, crop, new technologies) for internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Product Launches – collaboration between:
  • Internal team - Product evaluation, farmer's feedback, product value establishment, demand generation planning, training materials, VPD protocol, etc..
  • External – Product/crop/technology training, monitor and evaluate team capability in conducting VPD, etc..
  • Data generation - product value delivery, product features & attributes, key performance metrics and indicators and return on investment in comparison with market standards.
  • Building a strong network of farmers in assigned territory/crops
  • Feedback collection from farmers/key stakeholders on product performance
  • Monthly updates for the following but not limited to :
  • Crop planting stage (for selected crops)
  • Market intelligence
  • Pest & Disease forecasting
  • Competence/ Capability building of external/ internal partners on products, technologies, crop agronomy through classroom and on-field training programs.
Profile

Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably in Crop protection, Crop Sciences, and related biology fields.
  • Fresh graduate to 5 years of experience in crop protection industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory, with travel time up to 70%.
  • Willing to work with both internal and external key stakeholders (farmers, distributor etc)
  • Fluency in Bahasa and English; other language is a plus.
