Project C Foundation – We care for your mental health, is a Non-Profit Organisation committed to providing mental and emotional support to individuals across the globe. We aim to raise awareness, educate communities, and end the stigma surrounding mental health – a stigma that still prevails in the 21st century. Project C strives to be the first point of contact for anyone in mental distress or crisis – anytime, anywhere – by offering voluntary support from both personal and professional allies. We envision becoming the mental health first-aid and care centre of the world.

We are hiring passionate individuals who wish to make a difference in the field of mental health awareness and advocacy. Each role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to our mission.

1. Human Resources (HR) Internship

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment by preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct short, professional screening calls with applicants.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.

• Support onboarding, orientation, and intern engagement activities.

• Draft HR-related documentation such as onboarding materials and certificates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Social Media, PR, Outreach).

• Suggest process improvements for recruitment and engagement.

2. Social Media & Marketing Internship

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content calendars across major social media platforms.

• Design creative visuals, reels, and stories aligned with brand values.

• Write compelling copy for posts and campaigns.

• Research trends, hashtags, and awareness days for relevance.

• Engage with our online community through comments and messages.

• Track analytics and optimize reach and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation meetings.

3. Public Relations (PR) Internship

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write and produce press releases, presentations, and media content.

• Handle inquiries from the press, public, and partner organizations.

• Identify and recommend promotional opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze media coverage for effectiveness.

• Conduct or support research to inform PR strategy.

• Support cross-departmental promotional campaigns.

• Assist in organizing and promoting awareness events online.

Who Can Apply:

1. Human Resources (HR) Internship

• Students or graduates in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and people-oriented.

• Available to start immediately and commit to 3 months remotely.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks.

2. Social Media & Marketing Internship

• Creators passionate about digital storytelling.

• Available to start immediately for a 3-month duration.

3. Public Relations (PR) Internship

• Students or graduates in Journalism, PR, Marketing, or Communications.

• Able to start immediately and work remotely for 3 months.
