🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Waste Management & Circular Economy) 🌿

Are you passionate about driving real impact in the environment sector?

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects—mainly funded by international donors and partners—focusing on waste management, circular economy, and community development.

🧰 What You’ll Do:

Lead and coordinate donor funded projects in waste management.
Oversee technical implementation (engineering, processing systems, and machinery).
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Ensure timely reporting, delivery, and compliance with donor requirements.
Collaborate on project designs, layouts, and technical drawings (design skills are a big plus).

Profile

👥 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years experience in project management (preferably in environmental or development sectors).
Solid understanding of technical processes, engineering, and community-based work.
Solid English proficiency (written and spoken)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team, delegate effectively, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
Familiarity with design/drawing tools is a plus.
