Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events & activations to enhance visitor experience and brand engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop creative event concepts aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all activations and promotional activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative event strategies.
Profile

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel, theme park, mall, or hospitality marketing with a focus on event & activation.

✅ Strong understanding of event planning, activation strategies, and audience engagement.

✅ Excellent project management and organizational skills.

✅ Proficiency in English (written & spoken).

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

✅ Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
