Detailed Responsibilities:
- Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to engage and onboard established NGOs for collaborative Flagship projects, focusing on long-term, impactful partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with a wide range of social organizers, especially focusing on established charities and NGOs.
- Acquisition and Retention: Implement creative and effective strategies for acquiring new NGO partners and retaining existing ones to enhance satisfaction and foster deep collaboration.
- NGO Outreach Coordination: Lead the partnership team in expanding and strengthening our NGO network by identifying potential partners, initiating outreach, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. This includes overseeing campaigns, coordinating with other teams for support, and ensuring ongoing engagement with NGOs.
- Database Management: Maintain oversight and optimize the campaign organizer database and tracker for efficient management and evaluation of partnerships.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our internal teams, including the program, marketing, and legal teams, to conceptualize and execute Flagship projects in partnership with NGOs.
- Proactive Communication: Engage in consistent, meaningful discussions and provide regular updates to NGO partners, ensuring alignment with their goals and Campaign’s objectives.
