Cinch is an exciting fintech and e-commerce business based out of Singapore. Our mission is to create a more flexible, inclusive, and environmentally friendly purchasing model for consumer electronics across Asia Pacific. We have developed a subscription-based business model for businesses and consumers to flexibly and conveniently access their favourite tech products, disrupting a c. US$700bn industry! Our customers now have the ability to pay monthly, keep it as long as they want, and the ultimate flexibility to return, purchase or upgrade to the latest model.

We have recently raised a Seed round from highly reputable investors from around the globe. We are an early-stage startup dedicated to transforming the consumer tech rental industry. Our mission is to provide a convenient and affordable rental solution for a wide range of consumer tech products, enabling individuals and businesses to access the latest technology without the need for ownership. As the Head of B2C Growth, you will be responsible for driving our company's growth initiatives, overseeing channel development, direct marketing, social media activities, community development, digital marketing, and partnership and affiliate marketing.

● Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's vision, objectives, and market opportunities.

● Identify and evaluate new market segments, product offerings, and distribution channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify key growth opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.

● Collaborate with the executive team to negotiate and forge strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, and vendor relationships that support the company's growth objectives.

● Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new channels, both online and offline, to effectively reach and engage the target audience.

● Oversee the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns, utilising a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels.

● Develop customer segmentation strategies to optimise targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.

● Utilise data-driven insights to optimise customer acquisition channels, implement personalised messaging, and drive conversions.

● Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and meet or exceed sales targets.

● Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative approaches to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging, branding, and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.

● Identify potential strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and access new customer segments.

● Negotiate and secure partnerships with complementary businesses, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach and drive customer acquisition.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with the executive team to develop partnership strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.


● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. With at least 5-10 years of experience.

● Proven track record of driving growth and business development in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment, preferably in the consumer/retail tech industry.

● Strong understanding of channel development, growth strategies, direct marketing, digital marketing, and partnership strategies.

● Proficient in utilising data analytics tools and metrics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.

● Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

● Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
