What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?

Business Strategy Planning & Execution:

  • Analyze business needs and compile research findings for strategic recommendations.
  • Develop actionable insights and work to resolve strategic and operational challenges.

Business Process Redesign (BPR):

  • Analyze and implement operational process improvements to ensure it meets the Company’s needs.
  • Develop metrics for process management, measure performance, and assist in risk assessment.

Project Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, track project effectiveness, and identify potential risks.
  • Implement change management activities to support project execution.

Business Analysis:

  • Structure problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and key takeaways.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate / MBA program in any field from a top-tier university.
  • Outstanding academic track record and participation in relevant extracurricular activities, such as business clubs, tech incubators, or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
  • Internship / part-time / prior working experience in technology, business, startup, or consulting environment is a plus.
