What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
Business Strategy Planning & Execution:
- Analyze business needs and compile research findings for strategic recommendations.
- Develop actionable insights and work to resolve strategic and operational challenges.
Business Process Redesign (BPR):
- Analyze and implement operational process improvements to ensure it meets the Company’s needs.
- Develop metrics for process management, measure performance, and assist in risk assessment.
Project Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, track project effectiveness, and identify potential risks.
- Implement change management activities to support project execution.
Business Analysis:
- Structure problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
