As we grow, we’re looking for a Document & Sourcing Specialist / Coordinator to streamline our operations and help manage our supplier/partners network with precision and care.
✨ Your Mission:
🔸 Documentation
– Prepare and manage key documents: quotes, POs, invoices, spec sheets, shipping docs
– Ensure smooth document flow between factories, clients, and internal teams
– Organize and archive shipment and sample records
🔸 Sourcing Support
– Coordinate requests for quotations with our network of suppliers
– Maintain our product/factory database by category
– Support the sampling and production process with clear follow-up
🔸 Process & Tools
– Work closely with our team on Monday.com or other platforms
– Help improve how we track, structure, and optimize operations
