Eau et Vie is an international solidarity association founded in 2008, with the aim of improving the living conditions of families living in precarious neighborhoods. The action levers focus on access to essential services: running water at home, hygiene awareness, firefighting training and community strengthening.

As part of strengthening the Partnerships and Communication (P&C) Department, Eau et Vie is looking for a: Institutional Partners Coordinator - Philippines

Based as close as possible to operations in the Philippines and under the supervision of the P&C Department at headquarters, you will be in charge of:

  • Participate in the implementation of the fundraising and communication strategy for the program in the Philippines,
  • Ensure relations with French institutional partners, monitor current contracts and coordinate the necessary reporting,
  • Collaborate with the teams in the Partnerships & Communication in the Philippines and Bangladesh to ensure an effective and joint prospecting strategy.
  • Depending on opportunities, coordinate the setting up of public reps.

Training and experiences

  • Senior Bachelor general bac+5 in project management, Political Science course or business school, you have at least four years of professional experience in positions involving fundraising and management of public partnerships in the voluntary sector.
  • You have very good knowledge of institutional donors’ call for projects procedures.
  • An initial expatriation in international solidarity is essential, ideally in the areas or countries of intervention of Eau et Vie
  • Sensitive to the issues of access to essential services, you have a real interest in our association, and are particularly sensitive to the challenges of fundraising and the development of local partnerships in the associative sector.
  • You appreciate work requiring responsiveness, proactiveness and autonomy.
  • You demonstrate real writing skills and have a synthetic mind.
  • Your rigor and your ability to plan and meet deadlines will be the keys to your success.

Language Skills

  • A good command of written and spoken English is essential.

Computer skills

  • Excellent command of Pack Office
