What would the roles be?

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our foundation as a Partnership and Program Coordination Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing funding and sponsorship opportunities while also overseeing the planning and execution of our events. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a passionate advocate for our foundation's mission.

Partnerships:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify, evaluate and secure partnerships, sponsorships and co-funding opportunities to enhance the foundation’s programs in alignment with the potential partners’ agenda and mission.
  • Guided by the Head of the Foundation’s strategy, cultivate new partnerships and maintain strong relationships with corporate, GLC and NGO partners.
  • Collaborate with Head of the Foundation & program team to develop and pitch educational, community-uplifting and environmental programs that align with both the Foundation’s and potential partner’s key objectives and pillars.
  • Create and maintain pitch decks for potential sponsors and lead pitch presentations.
  • Manage all aspects of partnership paperwork, from initial discussions to onboarding new partners.
  • Maintain strong rapport with current sponsors to extend sponsorships for future programs.
  • Represent the foundation at meetings, conferences, and networking events to expand our network and visibility, serving as a strong and trusted internal and external ambassador of the Foundation.

Program Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including educational programs and campaigns, community engagement activities and monthly CSR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure successful event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical support.
  • Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop event marketing strategies to promote and increase attendance.
  • Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and feedback collection, continuously improving future event planning.
  • Prepare materials, documents, and conduct research in preparation for events, speeches, presentations, conferences, and other activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of funding applications, partnership interactions, and event details.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event registration and participant communication.
Profile

What are the pre-requisites?

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economic, Business Management, Event Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • CGPA: 3.0 and above.
  • Candidate with experience in partnership development and program coordination would be prioritize.
  • Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization, government agency, or relevant industry is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlines
  • Dynamic self-starter who takes initiative and highly reliable.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
