Green Quarter Sdn Bhd is a team of passionate professionals united under a common goal to create environmentally conscious designs that enhance lives. As multidisciplinary experts within the construction industry, we utilize advanced computer tools to optimize building energy and adhere to the guidelines of Green Building Index, LEED, GreenRE, and Green Mark.

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Business Development Executive/Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the company's network while establishing relationships with clients in aligned industries and promoting our environmentally conscious designs.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related field
1-3+ years of professional experience in business development and/or marketing with proven successes is an added advantage
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities
Expertise in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry with a strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental initiatives will be an added advantage
Track record of successful negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills as well as excellent organizational skills
Strong familiarity with project management and the ability to work in ambiguous environments with flexibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
