Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

Location: Anywhere in Southern Thailand where shrimp farming exists
Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid (Home/Office-Based) with regular calls, video calls, and occasional in-person visits to farms or events
About HydroNeo
HydroNeo is a fast-growing, international startup revolutionizing the aquaculture industry with smart farming solutions. Already the market leader in Thailand, our Smart Farm Management System is the foundation for what we envision as the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App — an all-in-one platform serving farmers and the industry with data, services, and sustainability tools.
We’re backed by leading Thai and international investors, promoted by BOI, and supported by a passionate team of 30+ people based in Bangkok.
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious go-getter who doesn’t take no for an answer — someone who’s driven to make a real difference in the lives of shrimp farmers. Your mission: help farmers help themselves by introducing them to HydroNeo’s technology and guiding them from gut-feeling decisions to data-driven, professional farm management. The role is mostly office/home-based — focused on high-volume outreach via calls and video — but also includes occasional farm visits, expos, and local events when needed to close deals and build trust in person.
This is not your average sales job. It's about impact, trust-building, and driving change in an industry that is ripe for transformation.
