Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

Oxfam is an international confederation of 21 organizations networked together in 67 countries, as part of a global movement for change, to build a future free from the injustice of poverty.
Oxfam GB is looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager within our Asia region to plan and manage information technology (IT) activities. This involves leading a regional service desk and matrix management of IT staff across the region.
The role is heavily involved in stakeholder relationships, with a goal to exceed customer expectations and meet defined service level agreements (SLAs). The team is also part of a global service delivery, maintaining “follow the sun” IT support for colleagues in the Africa, MENA and the UK.
The role can be based in the following locations where Oxfam can host staff within the Asia region: Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines.
