The non-profit organization PCX Solutions is accelerating the transition to a circular economy and building a future where no plastic ends up in nature. The origin story of PCX begins in one of the epicenters of the plastic pollution crisis, the Philippines, with the mission to take responsibility for plastic waste.
We are working with governments around the world on plastic policy and specifically Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes to boldly tackle the plastic issue upstream and downstream. We are helping the corporate sector to understand its plastic footprint, to implement reduction strategies and to comply with existing and upcoming legislation. It also manages and safeguards a fully transparent, third-party audited Plastic Pollution Reduction Standard to ensure the impact and responsibility of plastic waste projects, channeling funding into recycling infrastructure and increasing socio economic benefits for the communities.

About the Role:
As our Grants Manager, you will report to the Managing Director, and be responsible for growing funding income by implementing a robust grants program and a fundraising strategy. You will contribute to achieving high quality programming by ensuring effective grants management focused on building and expanding PCX Solutions’ impact on Plastic Action and Circular Economy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a fundraising strategy and designing grant programs;
- Researching funding opportunities and identifying support agencies; be updated on donor priorities and track and share relevant calls for proposals;
- Writing funding proposals in coordination with the wider team;
- Tracking grant applications;
- Optimizing the grant administration process, managing timelines and deliverables;
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and creating financial reports to track progress;
- Writing grant and donor reports, managing documents;
- Creating fundraising campaigns in line with the PCX brand and legacy proposition, developing tailored advice guides and other critical communication materials to promote planned giving;
- Working with our Managing Director in measuring the impact of fundraising and grant activities to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness; contribute to continuously improve internal grant management systems;
- Managing compliance: undertaking all activities following local and international regulations and best practice standards set by industry regulatory bodies and in accordance with government regulations.
