Job Responsibilities:

Develop effective corporate communication strategies
Manage internal communications (internal memos, newsletters, etc)
Draft campaign, content and communication initiatives
Organize sustainability initiatives and plan events
Liaise with related key stakeholders both internal and external
Foster relationships with advocates and key persons
Perform “damage control” in cases bad publicity
Lead and ensure well communication implementation across APL sites

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in communication, journalism, public relations, English literature, economic, pharmacist, or a related field
A minimum 2 years experience in communications strategy development.
Have working experience as consultant is an advantages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa
Familiar with email blast, Ms office, and related business communication tools
Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to help create and deliver proactive, powerful messaging in support of a brand positioning
Have a big heart in Sustainability and social activities
Proven social media and networking expertise
Strategic and creative mindset
Meticulous attention to detail
