The Senior Manager will assist the Deputy Director of Community Engagement in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including community and grassroots organisations, corporates, social enterprises, government and public agencies. This position also requires a strong focus on international relations. You will be responsible for representing the organisation to establish SG Enable as top-of-mind focal agency for disability and inclusion and cultivating collaborative partnerships to fulfil the organisation's goals.

As part of the Communications and Community Engagement Division, the Senior Manager will also be involved in work supporting outreach and public education including advocacy for disability-friendly products and services, volunteerism, and management of a community fund.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external parties, representing the organisation and effectively communicating our objectives, initiatives, and impact. Central point of contact for incoming partnership requests and inquiries, assessing and triaging these requests and facilitating the connection to the appropriate business unit or department for further partnership development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including people sector organisations, grassroots organisations, corporates, social enterprises, government and public agencies, to understand their needs, interests, and concerns. Includes development of a customer relations management (CRM) system to capture and track key information related to corporate partnerships.
  • Drive communications and outreach to partners. This includes organising or participating in road shows, sharing sessions or workshops to promote the organisation and its work.
  • Develop and manage relationships with international partners, including organisations, governments, and agencies, to promote the organisation's mission and expand its global presence.
  • Support fundraising efforts by identifying potential funding opportunities and engage stakeholders to secure financial support for the organisation's programmes and initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and initiatives, providing regular reports to internal and external stakeholders on progress and impact.
Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional qualifications in international relations, communications, or business administration are desirable.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in corporate relations, partnership development, or a related field, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector.
  • Strong understanding of the people sector, grassroots organisations, social enterprises, government and public agencies, and corporate environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and negotiate partnerships that align with organisational goals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in international relations and working with cross-cultural teams or organisations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Passion for the organisation's mission and a commitment to making a positive social impact.
