Profile

We are seeking a professional and welcoming receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to multitask. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional service to all guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and manage the reception area efficiently.
  • Call Handling: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary, ensuring clear communication.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for staff and clients.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update office records, contact lists, and databases as needed.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
