Role: The role is for a part-time Communications Manager, who will be responsible for assisting the Company on all matters relating to Communications, both internal and external.

The role will be for 2 or 3 days a week, which can be structured upon agreement with the Company.

Reporting: You report to the Head of Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage a Communications strategy across the business.
  • Manage the communications budget at a group level and ensure coordination at regional levels.
  • Manage the ICE brand and showcase our innovation and leadership in the energy transition.
  • Manage and enhance ICE website content and any necessary service providers as well as other digital communication platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Identify opportunities to articulate the company's vision and values and support dissemination of information about the company, its partners, and the industry.
  • Manage/coordinate ICE media releases and related embargoed interviews and inbound enquiries, and work with JV/project partners on external communications related to our portfolio projects.
  • Work with the group's deep bench of experts to coordinate media, draft and develop speaking material, and identify speaking conference opportunities across the group.
  • Support production of high-level presentation materials related to the Company's leadership role in several trade and industry organizations.
Profile

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Communications Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
  • Dynamic and innovative individual who is willing to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and organised.
  • Team player who can strike the right balance between operating independently and being self-motivated, while embracing the transparent and collegiate work style of the existing team.
  • Experience in the energy, technology and infrastructure sectors would be an advantage.
