Job Description

  • Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential NGO partners in Jakarta, fostering strong relationships and collaborating on mission-aligned initiatives.
  • Revenue Target Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, proactively monitoring financial performance and identifying funding opportunities.
  • Channeling Kindness:

1. Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners, donors, and supporters.

2. Execute outreach plans, organize events, and promote kindness to generate support for our cause.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for our mission and addressing local community needs effectively.
  • Supporting Team Activities: Collaborate with various teams, providing guidance and acting as a liaison between regional and central offices.
Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • Resident of Jabodetabek with a deep understanding of the local community.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Background in journalism, photography, or related fields is a plus.
  • Involvement in social or nonprofit organizations, showcasing a commitment to social causes.
  • Basic content creation skills (photography, videography, copywriting).
  • Passion for addressing social issues in the Jakarta community.
  • Experience in managing nonprofit projects and engagement in sales activities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate within a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Effective time management and dedication to ethical practices.
  • Engagement with local communities and understanding of their needs.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, given a strong passion for social issues and meeting other qualifications.
