Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential NGO partners in Jakarta, fostering strong relationships and collaborating on mission-aligned initiatives.
Revenue Target Management: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, proactively monitoring financial performance and identifying funding opportunities.
Channeling Kindness:

1. Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners, donors, and supporters.

2. Execute outreach plans, organize events, and promote kindness to generate support for our cause.

Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for our mission and addressing local community needs effectively.
Supporting Team Activities: Collaborate with various teams, providing guidance and acting as a liaison between regional and central offices.

Minimum Qualifications

Resident of Jabodetabek with a deep understanding of the local community.
Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Background in journalism, photography, or related fields is a plus.
Involvement in social or nonprofit organizations, showcasing a commitment to social causes.
Basic content creation skills (photography, videography, copywriting).
Passion for addressing social issues in the Jakarta community.
Experience in managing nonprofit projects and engagement in sales activities.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate within a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Effective time management and dedication to ethical practices.
Engagement with local communities and understanding of their needs.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, given a strong passion for social issues and meeting other qualifications.
