We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Expert Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and developing relationships with subject matter and technical experts to facilitate collaboration opportunities on proposals.
As a Technical Expert Sourcing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the business development team of ASSIST CreativeLab and contribute to the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, evaluating and managing experts, and maintaining a friendly user database for the team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and release a call for experts to identify potential subject matter and technical experts based both locally in the Philippines and Internationally.
- Evaluate their capabilities, performance, and fit for ASSIST’s work
- Develop and maintain relationships with experts to ensure continuous engagement for collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, terms, and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards of the organization
- Support in the development, curation, and packaging of proposals for RFPs and TORs
- Manage and maintain database and documents relating to experts
- Prepare and curate the CVs of experts and tailor accordingly for proposals.
