The Role

We’re seeking an effective Business Development Manager to help support business development and sales activities.

  • Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships
  • Structure project deals with value creation for every stakeholder including managing financial models, creating contracts
  • Spearhead negotiations with potential partners and clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients
  • Develop go-to-market sales strategy and tactics to achieve or exceed targets
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing strategies
  • Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions
  • Build long-term partnerships with business partners and clients

Profile

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development role or account manager
  • Proven experience in real estate, energy, construction, infrastructure or similar industries
  • Business orientation with a forward-thinking and scale-up approach
  • Advanced knowledge in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Professional and well spoken, with good communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practices
  • Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
