The Role

We’re seeking an effective Junior Finance & Administrator to ensure proper operations of the company. You will:

Finance

  • Maintaining records and checking of all financial transactions including monthly reimbursements, expenses and payroll
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices
  • Reconciliation of all accounting reports
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations including mandatory contributions, VAT / EWT payments, annual renewals etc

Administration

  • Review, generate and prepare documents including minutes of meetings, contracts and presentations
  • Assist in HR-related tasks including recruitment, payroll, on & off boarding of staff
  • Assist in operational tasks including research, supplier coordination and event planning
  • Ensure deliverables and reports are in order and updated accurately on a timely basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 3-4 years experience, fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Sound understanding of financial and accounting practices and principles
  • Excellent Proficiency of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • High proficiency in mathematics and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practices
  • Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
