About the role
The Program Coordinator is pivotal in the planning, implementation, and supervision of diverse projects within CORPh. Your involvement will require you to identify and evaluate community needs and assets, lead educational initiatives sustainably and inclusively, and foster empowerment among local communities.
Responsibilities

Project Management

Collaborate with team members and partners to define project goals, scope, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies

Coordinate project-related communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment across teams

Stakeholder Management

Provide regular feedback to Headquarters in Taiwan to align strategies and share progress

Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders to support project goals and COR's mission

Assist in office administration tasks alongside other team members to ensure smooth operations
Salary
- Monthly salary ₱31,000 to ₱35,000, based on qualifications and experience
