About the role

The Program Coordinator is pivotal in the planning, implementation, and supervision of diverse projects within CORPh. Your involvement will require you to identify and evaluate community needs and assets, lead educational initiatives sustainably and inclusively, and foster empowerment among local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management

  • Collaborate with team members and partners to define project goals, scope, and deliverables

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Coordinate project-related communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment across teams

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Provide regular feedback to Headquarters in Taiwan to align strategies and share progress

  • Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders to support project goals and COR's mission

  • Assist in office administration tasks alongside other team members to ensure smooth operations

Salary

  • Monthly salary ₱31,000 to ₱35,000, based on qualifications and experience
  • Employees will be entitled to the following benefits: Transportation Subsidy, Medical Insurance, Social Security Benefits
Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating to Siargao, Philippines
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one local dialect (such as Visayan) is preferable.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in project management is necessary
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with local stakeholders
  • Cultural Sensitivity: The ability to work effectively in cross-cultural contexts is crucial
  • Commitment: Deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and community members
  • Community Engagement: Possess strong social and networking skills to collaborate effectively with local communities
  • Adaptability: Able to swiftly adapt to new and evolving environmental conditions

Desirable Qualifications

  • Car & Motorcycle Driving License
  • Experience in NGO
  • Data Management Experience
