The opportunity
We provide a unique opportunity for you to own and handle key projects and initiatives for our People & Culture team, and to be part of shaping a company's culture.
As a People & Culture Intern, you will be working closely with our COO and will be instrumental in helping to build our systems and processes, come up with company-wide initiatives, and grow the business overall. You will also be a part of a small but collaborative community in ENGIE Factory, passionate about using technology and innovation to solve climate change.
We don’t see our interns any differently from one of us. If you’re up for it, lead teams, craft strategies or drive new initiatives – the sky’s the limit.
Your role
- Talent Acquisition – Support on internship hiring, new joiners onboarding program, and execute new initiatives for new hires
- Employee Engagement – Help drive initiatives such as town halls, newsletters and any other company events
- Help refine the People & Culture systems and processes including updating relevant content and policies in our Notion page such as Employee Handbook, etc.
- Research, suggest, and drive projects to boost cross-team collaboration across various departments
- Conceptualise and execute internal initiatives to champion company culture and values
- Any other People & Culture-related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
