Job Description:
The Digital Media Buyer will be reporting to the E-commerce Head and is responsible to meet both marketing and sales KPIs through META, Google, Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada ad campaigns.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Strategizing
a. Develop digital ads strategies to increase brand awareness, drive site traffic and boost conversion
2. Managing Campaigns
_a._Set up and manage all aspects of paid search, social, display, video and mobile campaigns including targeting and budget management, maximizing performance and spend at every opportunity.
b. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving Human Nature’s KPIs, awareness, drive-to-site traffic and Returns on Ad Spent
3. Monitoring & Optimization
a. Implement a rigorous optimization schedule using data to improve in-flight campaigns and influence future campaigns.
b. Spearhead the paid digital media innovation through a continuous test, learn and scale approach.
4. Reporting
a. Analyze campaign performance on an ongoing basis and report on insights to senior stakeholders.
