Role Overview:

The Head of Football Program will be instrumental in overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of the football program, aligning it with ISF's broader mission. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, team leadership, partnership development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies that align the football program with ISF’s impact goals.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Football Program, ensuring its seamless integration with ISF's educational initiatives and community outreach efforts.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic schedule of football-related activities, including training sessions, competitions, and social impact activities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among a diverse team, contributing to the overall development and capacity building of program staff.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance the program's reach and impact.
  • Manage the program's budget with integrity, ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with ISF's values and goals.
