Job Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the Leasing and Asset Management team
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing and asset management activities, monthly management reports and decks, arrears management.
- Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly meetings
- Handle all leasing matters including but not limited to internal and external lease documents, renewals, lease transactions, conduct Business Profile Search for prospects and tenants
- Monitor submission of GTO from tenants and prepare GTO reports, and monitor audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales
- Maintain and update in-house system with lease information for billing purposes.
- Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants
- Work with Finance Department, and/or internal lawyers on arrears management and property tax management
- Organise site inspections
- Work closely with partners, design consultants, fitout contractor, and/or other relevant specialists/vendors to ensure pre-opening activities and relevant submissions are executed within the agreed timelines/costing in a timely and efficient manner.
