Pepper Labs is a social enterprise based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are dedicated to driving social transformation through sustainable economic empowerment and inclusive growth. Our mission is to create positive impact in communities by providing opportunities for individuals to thrive.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Executive at Pepper Labs. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing project operations, developing project plans and timelines, managing project budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. They will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
Experience in the social enterprise or non-profit sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
