Partnership Development Officer / Partnership Development Senior Officer

Job Description:

  • Develop and lead strategic approaches to corporate & business partnerships.
  • Build new business, partnerships, and relationships with current and prospective brands – via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Develop, manage, track, and exceed acquisition targets.
  • Carry overall responsibility for all corporate partnerships, maximizing opportunities, and building meaningful, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Prepare strong proposal documents and confident at presenting to varying sizes of audiences.
  • Support Socialgiver events and social impact-related marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients at varying levels of authority with local and international corporations.
  • Be an exceptional representative of Socialgiver and make a stand for positive change.


  • Ideally extensive experience managing a corporate partnership program for leading charities or a large brand in a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated success and achievements in growing and maintaining solution-based sales relationships with corporates and/or recognised brands.
  • Extremely passionate about delivering the highest quality of service to clients and representing a brand to the best of your ability.
  • Confident with excellent strategic research, pitch, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving growth targets.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for Socialgiver’s mission.
  • Energetic, outcome-focused, and resilient with excellent team management skills.
  • A driver’s license is preferred due to the nature of the role.
