Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  2. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends to drive decision-making.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
