Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Provide guidance and support to CEO and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Create the capacity building module, especially for the character up-skilling

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends to drive decision-making.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
